although i have no clue what the contraction "d'anton" is short for, i appreciate his succinctness.
Typically D' means "of", so my guess: Of Anton. I wonder if his father's name is Anton? (probably not)
i asked d'anton about the name-shortenning.
he merely stated that his real first name is "as long as pi, and twice as complicated". further he stated that the correct pronunciation cannot be accomplished with "a human tongue", whatever that means.
