The morons speak: Penn State has two All-Americans

The Football Writers Association of America (AKA: those that couldn't play the sport so they write about it*) have named Aaron Maybin and A.Q. Shipley All-Americans.

Shipley, a three-year starter, was announced as Penn State's first recipient of the Rimington Trophy on Thursday. The 2008 Big Ten Offensive Lineman of the Year has been instrumental in anchoring the Nittany Lions' offensive line.
A first team All-Big Ten honoree in 2008, Maybin emerged as one of the college football's premier pass rushers and playmakers, ranking fourth in the nation with 12 sacks and sixth with 19 tackles for loss…Maybin has recorded at least one tackle for loss in all 12 games.

Congrats to both, now go get the Trojans.**

*Don't bother pointing it out, I never have nor will I ever consider myself a "writer."
**I so can't help but think of a million immature one-liners when speaking of USC, this is going to be a long couple of weeks writing about "Trojans."

Just imagine the one-liners if Southern Cal and South Carolina ever played...

Actually that would be an awesome combination especially with Smelley at QB.

And the Ball Coach on the sidelines.
