Dropped Out: West Virginia (#20), Georgia Tech (#21), Northwestern (#24), Kansas (#25).
Moving Up:
As usual, lots of shuffling at the bottom, outside of the top 15 there lies overwhelming suckage.
Moving Down:
Penn State - debated where to drop them, still not sure. Feel free to convince me.
The SEC - the chosen conference of God is proving to be awful outside of 2 or possibly 3 teams.

Folks right now... we many need emergency surgery in the studio.
God that makes me giggle everytime I watch that video.
This would be one of the best blogpoll polls I've seen (thank God for someone who realizes that TCU really did beat BYU 32-7) if it weren't for the fact that you've bought into the Ball State love-fest.
Ball State hasn't even played the two best teams in their conference yet, and they've only played 1 team with a winning record (6-4 Navy). 1!! If they played Mizzou tomorrow I bet the score would be something like 60-14 for Mizzou. Heck, I'm certain they couldn't even beat Cincy.
