Felony charges dropped

Felony charges for both Baker and Bowman were dismissed Wednesday but they're still going to trial for lesser charges.

Felony charges of aggravated assault were dismissed Wednesday against Penn State football players Chris Baker and Navorro Bowman, but the two were bound over for trial on lesser charges for their roles in a campus fight Oct. 7.

Baker and Bowman will stand trial next year on misdemeanor charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct and a summary count of harassment and stalking.

I don't know what to think of this other than it's good Bowman isn't facing a felony but as for Baker, I just don't really care, he should be off the team in my humble opinion. (HT:BSD)
