It seems Miami just can’t stay out of the headlines. First the ambush at the Peach bowl which had casualties the likes of which haven’t been seen since WWII. Then the off-season shootout at the U.M. Corral.

Now Coker has suspended 4 players, including 2 starters for the Florida State game because they violated “team policy”. One can only speculate and fantasize what this may mean because Coker is mum.

"The message is pretty clear -- we have high standards here," Coker said. "We're a program of quality kids. And these kids are good kids. They're not bad kids. But we've got to get this message across."
