Charlie Weis, evil genius

SI.com reports that Notre Dame head football coach Charlie Weis has succumbed to negative recruiting tactics. The horror! It all stems from would-be recruit Jamie Cumbie, a 6-foot-7, 255-pound tight end who chose Clemson over Notre Dame. But it didn’t stop there… Just when Mr. Cumbie thought it was safe to open his mail…
LETTERS FROM THE CRYPT!!

"I'm not going to lie, the coaches at Notre Dame sent some bad letters ripping Clemson after I committed here."

*GASP* oh no… He said the Irish coaching staff had …
had…
I almost can’t type it…
a list of advantages and disadvantages, and…
AND…
among the advantages they listed is that...
all Notre Dame football games are televised.
(in best shrill female voice) AHAAHAHHHHHAHAHHHHHH!

But that’s not all:
“Then they said Clemson has a horrible education"
I should have told you to shield your eyes!!
The horror… the humanity… those… dastardly… BASTARDS!!
I can't bear any more.
They must be stopped!!

Really, how did something like this make the news? In our eyes, this moves Weis from the cute, fluffy Easter bunny category to the barely able to make the Macy's day parade as a Santa Clause look-alike group.

Yes, but he denied it. And of course, because Charlie Weis is the third-smartest man in the history of the universe (according to Colin Cowherd, who isn't joking), we must believe Charlie!

greg,

Yeah, I have a hard time getting past that too, if Weis had just said, "yeah, we did, so what?" I doubt anyone would care. He can deny it because it's word against word with no proof.

Aristotle, Einstein, and Weis. Right. However he didn't tell him that ND chicks braid their leg hair in the winter.
