-It's been a busy week in and out of the office so I'll once again let others do the work for me. Starting off I would like to point out that ESPN outside the lines is focusing their attention on the state of State. <sarcasm on>We all know how detail oriented and fair ESPN normally is so I'm sure it will be a well researched program <sarcasm off> RUTS has already fired a preemptive strike just in case Outside the Lines gets… well… outside the lines. Take the time to read it because his employer paid him good money to waist company time while researching the post.
-Penn State recruit Michael Yancich hyperextended his left elbow during Big 33 practice Monday and will be out for 6-8 weeks with a hairline fracture. Now you know and knowing is half the battle.
-Someone that will be playing in the Big 33 is Penn State recruit Michael Zordich and, for those of us that remember, he not only shares his father's name but his playing ability as well.
And if any hardcore Penn State (or Philadelphia) fans get close enough to the Hersheypark Stadium surface Saturday night, the younger Zordich will be easy to spot.
Actually, the question isn't whether you can spot any similarities between the two Michael Zordiches.
No, the real question is, can you spot any differences?
That's a pretty big endorsement.
-Finally the guys at BHGP are making a career out of the JoePa chronicles and I for one could not be more satisfied. Here are the latest editions.
JoePa learns how to use the internets.
JoePa brags about the Director's Cup but before reading that you need the back story of Kirk Ferentz's visit to Penn State if you haven't already read it.

Thanks - props for the timely BHGP JoePA parodies.
Seems like they get a good cross section of B10 posters which is always one comment away from the tinderbox exploding.
The Ohio State fans seem to be the quickest to get offended.
