what makes you think ole miss. and cal. deserve to be ahead of psu
Oh yeah, that's much better.
Thanks joepadon.
Anon,
The short answer is because it's only 2 games into the season and frankly arguments could be made about the order of any teams in the Top 10. I had Ole Miss and Cal higher initially and only have had one game to judge Ole Miss on and Cal has beat impressively beat down their opponents so far. The longer answer is because I'm probably looking at Penn State with a more critical eyes and there are glaring problems that Penn State needs to address. Regardless of whether they do or not won't matter as long as they keep winning, the rankings generally get easier to sort out as the season progresses, conversely it gets more difficult later in the season as you figure out what to do in the teens and twenties.
Feel free to prod further, I'd be happy to discuss any critiques top to bottom. Still not sure what to do with Houston yet.
Appreciate this blog ppost
